Questions

The things people ask first.

And if what you want to know is not here, ask Ross directly.

An intimate dining experience where a single menu is cooked and served by Ross himself for a small number of guests. Evenings are arranged as they are confirmed rather than offered from a calendar — registering your interest means you hear about the next one first.

Yes. Private dining is arranged directly with Ross and shaped around your guests, your occasion and how you like to eat. Send an enquiry describing the evening you have in mind.

Yes. Events are approached the same way as everything else: you describe the occasion, the setting and the experience you want guests to have, and Ross designs the food for it.

You send an enquiry with as much or as little detail as you have. Ross replies personally to understand what you are looking for, and the menu, format and everything practical are discussed from there.

No. There is no fixed menu anywhere. Each one is written for the occasion it is being cooked for, and decided close to the date so it reflects what is genuinely at its best.

Dietary requirements are part of the conversation from the start. Mention them in your enquiry and they are designed into the menu rather than worked around at the end.

Ross is based in Peterborough and works across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding area. If you are further afield, it is still worth asking.

As early as you can, particularly for dates that carry meaning. That said, it is always worth asking — some things can be arranged at shorter notice.
