Chef’s Table

An evening cooked in front of you.

A small number of guests, a single menu written for that evening, and the chef cooking it himself.

What the chef’s table is.

The chef’s table is the most personal thing Ross does. A small group, one menu, and the food arriving as each dish is finished rather than to a schedule.

Because every evening is built from scratch, these are arranged as they are confirmed rather than offered from a calendar. Ross keeps a list of people who would like to be there, and they hear first.

The shape of the evening

01

You register interest

Tell Ross who you are and roughly how many of you there would be. Nothing is committed at this stage.

02

He gets in touch

When an evening is confirmed, he contacts the list personally with the detail.

03

The menu is written

What is cooked is decided close to the date, around the table and what is at its best then.
